• All information given to you by Kelly Jane is of an intuitive nature and is for entertainment purposes only.  

• Kelly Jane does not read for anyone under the age of 18.

• Your emailed reading will normally be dispatched within 24 hours of scheduled time slot. If there is a delay, you will be notified.

• No liability will be accepted by Kelly Jane for: any actions taken resulting from insights or information provided, nor consequences of such action which may or may not arise from the results. 

• Readings/Intuitive sessions offered by Kelly Jane are intended to offer insight into a persons personal life and to offer inspiration and encouragement.  The information provided is for guidance only. The accuracy, completeness and/or applicability of a reading is not guaranteed, but will always be delivered to the best of my ability and with integrity.

• Any information shared is to be used at your own discretion and common sense should always prevail. What you decide to do with the information given to you, including any actions you may take, is entirely your own personal responsibility and choice. Always take the time check out all your options and you are strongly advised that before making any major life decisions, seek professional advice from qualified persons in that field; finances, medical care, legal, careers or professional.

• Please understand that Kelly Jane is unable to refund readings once they are complete. You will have received her time, expertise and the reading/PDF document that you have paid for. Please email hello@kellyjane.com.au at least 24 hours prior to scheduled time to discuss options.
